How can I help?

No doubt you’ve experienced at some time in your life a disruptive change that displaced your sense of equanimity. The disruptive coronavirus has possibly seeped into every nook and cranny of your life, and you may be desperate to balance its presence with some sense of composure.

How can I help? What can I do to bring some composure and comfort to my colleagues, friends, and family? This pandemic is having an immense impact on the people to whom I’ve dedicated my career: people in personal, career, and professional transition.

Regardless of your career or job status, we all have more questions than answers about how to best move forward in our lives and careers. To help you answer them, I researched blogs and websites that offer dependable and reliable information that is both practical and encouraging. Scroll down for links to these sites. I hope you find something relevant as well as answers to your questions, depending on your situation.

If after reviewing these resources you’d like assistance in taking a deeper dive into your situation, contact me at InsideOut Career Direction to set up a 1:1 Zoom session. I offer a free 20-minute consultation for first-time clients.
